Terms and Conditions
Gillett Travel is the trading name of G&B Travel Ltd – who are members of the Association Of British Travel Agents (ABTA), membership numbers 30881 & 30843.
Gillett Travel act as Retail agents for all the worlds leading cruise companies, it is important that is understood that the actual contract is with the cruise operators (ATOL/PSA/ABTA licence holder) and their terms and conditions apply to your booking. It is understood that you have familiarised yourself and accepted relevant terms and conditions of the applicable operator at the time you confirmed your cruise holiday.
Payment Policy
Gillett Travel offers you the most competitive rates on all cruises.
No charge is made for payments by Switch or Delta debit cards. For all payments made by Mastercard or Visa a 1.5% credit card charge will be applied to the payment.
Insurance
It is a condition of every cruise line that all clients who are travelling have adequate insurance cover. Please note that insurance offered by most credit card companies may not give you sufficient cover for your holiday.
If you require insurance this can be arranged by either the cruise company or by Gillett Travel (G & B Travel Ltd) – The date of cover is from the date the insurance premium is paid. It is a condition of the insurance offered by Gillett Travel that every person covered by the policy reads and complies with the important conditions detailed on the policy.
Passport and Visa Information
All clients must be in the possession of a full 10-year British passport. You must inform Gillett Travel if any members of your party are travelling on any other type of passport including a British Subjects passport. Visa`s are required by many countries please check with Gillett Travel for advice or contact the embassy of the country which you are travelling to.
